The marriage ceremony is officiated by the state registrar from the Kirovsky District Civil Registry Office. Each ceremony follows its own unique script, written either by the couple themselves or with the assistance of organizers that we are pleased to provide.
As an additional service, we offer you a photo shoot in the stunning Winter Garden of the Congress Hall Toratau. Moreover, the “Uraltau” and “Salavat” restaurants are waiting for having your marriage banquets!

Guide for the newlyweds
1. Visitation of the registry office
Reach out to the Civil Registry Office of the Kirovsky District in Ufa city.
2. Application for marriage registration
Write the application for the state marriage registration, which should be submitted at least 1 month but no more than 2 months before the intended wedding date.
3. Service agreement with the Congress Hall Toratau
Upon receiving the invitation from the Registrar's Office, please visit Congress Hall Toratau. There, we will assist you in choosing the right registration hall and finalize the service agreement for the ceremonial state marriage registration.
