This is the largest annual humanitarian event in the Commonwealth of Independent States. At the event, the results of cultural cooperation over the past year are reviewed, plans for joint activities are discussed, and new approaches to the most pressing issues of interaction among CIS member states are developed. The Forum is being held on the initiative of the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation and with the financial support of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS member states.
The agenda of the Ufa forum is “The Commonwealth of Independent Countries: common values and cultural diversity”. It was attended by representatives of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia.
