On January 29, Congress Hall Toratau hosted the opening of the Regional Day within the framework of the III All-Russian Municipal Forum “Small Motherland – the Strength of Russia″. Its theme is “Municipal growth: new drivers of development.″
The Forum is held with the support of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government.
The organizers note that Bashkortostan was chosen as the venue for the regional day due to its sustainable socio-economic development and successful experience in implementing projects at the regional and municipal levels. At the forum, the republic presents proven practices that are in demand for replication in other regions of Russia.
