The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in the V Forum of Regional Mass Media

On June 16, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in the V Forum of Regional Mass Media at Congress Hall Toratau. It traditionally brought together editors and journalists from national and municipal media outlets, as well as industry experts. The theme of this year's forum is “EVERYTHING FOR THE VICTORY.”

Before starting work, the head of the region inspected the exhibition of the republican mass media, which celebrate their anniversaries this year. Thus, the newspaper “Republic of Bashkortostan” is celebrating its 120th anniversary, the newspaper “Emet” and the magazine “Akbuzat” are 35 years old, the information agency “Bashinform” and the magazine ”Watandash” are 30 years old, and the TV channel BST and the radio station “Sputnik FM” are 25 years old.

In his speech at the plenary session, Radiy Khabirov congratulated the forum participants on their professional holiday, the Day of the Press and Information Workers of the Republic, and noted the important role of the journalistic community in the development of the region.
