From July 3 to 13, Ufa hosts a meeting of the Working Group on the implementation of the principles of client — centricity in the work of the tax services of the CIS member states. The event is attended by delegations from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus.
One of the meetings took place on July 8, at Congress Hall Toratau.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Nazarov welcomed the participants of the Working Group's round table on behalf of the Government of Bashkortostan and stressed that the CIS countries consistently implement joint projects, strengthening the fabric of the Eurasian partnership.
Alina Galeeva, Head of the Department of Organizational Development and User Experience of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, noted in her speech that the Federal Tax Service is building a customer-centric work model, and feedback from citizens and businesses is a key tool for improving services.
The event also included the signing of an agreement on information cooperation between the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Government of Bashkortostan. The purpose of the agreement is to increase the efficiency of joint work to increase revenues to the consolidated budget of the republic and strengthen control over the completeness of payments.
