The annual culinary festival “Gastro Master – 2024” has started at Congress Hall Toratau

The annual culinary festival Gastro Master – 2024 has started today at Congress Hall Toratau. The Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan organized it together with the National Culinary Association of Russia

“A rich business program and eight culinary competitions of various levels are waiting for guests and citizens within the framework of the All-Russian culinary Congress. Moreover, round tables on the development of the gastronomic tourism, as well as problems and prospects of vocational education will be held at the congress. Leading Russian experts will talk about current trends and best regional practices,” said Minister of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan Alexey Gusev.

Culinary competitions are also held at the site of the culinary championship Gastro Master. The award ceremony of contestants and winners of culinary competitions will take place on September 14. The winners of the contests «The Battle of Young Chefs» and «National Meal» well receive the right to participate in the All-Russian culinary championship “Chef a la Russe”, which will be held in Moscow in 2025.
