
Today, on June 17, the Forum of Young Teachers of Native Languages and Native Literature is held in Congress Hall Toratau.
The organizer of the event is the Federal Institute of Native Languages of the Peoples of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
The forum is held to discuss key issues of state educational and language policy, identify effective approaches to preserving the languages of Russia’s peoples, and share best teaching practices and methods for working with native speakers.
The event is participated by young teachers of preschool, general and additional education from Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Mari El republic, Mordovia, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk regions, and Perm Krai.
On the first day, during the plenary session, the forum participants could get acquainted with the ongoing projects of the Federal Institute of Native Languages of the Peoples, and discuss studying native languages in the general education system.
Moreover, master classes from the best teachers and participants of the finale of the All-Russian Professional Competition “The best teacher of the native language and native literature” on the methodology of teaching will take place at the forum.
