Every room includes a list of available equipment. Additionally, the basic set of equipment can be supplemented with monitors, microphones, wireless microphones, and other devices upon the client’s request. In case any equipment is lacking, the client can bring their own if needed, or hire subcontractors.

There is a parking lot near Congress Hall Toratau on the side of the Television Center with 125 parking slots, and there are 10 of our own parking spaces on the Bashkir State University side.

There are rooms in Congress Hall Toratau dedicated for first aid posts during events. Medical personnel are required to run first aid posts. Congress Hall Toratau does not have medical staff on its team.

Yes, it is possible. Guests and participants are offered to accommodate in the nearest hotels of Ufa: Hilton Garden Inn, Sheraton Hotel, Holiday Inn Ufa, Aigul Hotel. We can either arrange hotel accommodations ourselves or provide the client with hotel contact information.

Guests and participants of Congress Hall Toratau do have free access to Wi-Fi. The client will receive login credentials for Wi-Fi access during the event.

There are 2 rubbish containers in Congress Hall Toratau. During exhibition setups, our containers may not suffice; therefore, exhibitors are responsible for disposing of their bulk rubbish.

For the organization of an off-site civil marriage registration at Congress Hall Toratau, the following is required:

1) Reach out to the Civil Registry Office of the Kirovsky District in Ufa city.

2) Write the application for the state marriage registration, which should be submitted at least 1 month but no more than 2 months before the intended wedding date.
