The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Bashkortostan “Congress Hall Toratau” (abbreviated as SBI RB “Congress Hall Toratau”) is a multifunctional venue suitable for hosting a variety of events, from international conferences and forums to wedding registrations and banquets.

Congress Hall Toratau was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan on August 1, 2007, No. UP-378.

Congress Hall Toratau is located in a picturesque setting along the river Agidel, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the waterfront from its windows. Architects: Kiyokazu Arai and Rishat Mullagildin.

The Concert Hall of Congress Hall Toratau is the only hall in Russia with a stage backdrop that opens to the exterior, designed this way to provide maximum freedom for the director’s creative imagination.

The Concert Hall accommodates 745 seats.
